Functionality
The component converts chemistry from a text format, Accord Hex, MDL mol File, etc and produces a picture in jpeg or png format from the Accord rendering functionality. This will draw Molecules, Reactions or mixtures.
The component is supplied along with simple example protocols.
Installation
Unzip the file <> into the\\apps\\accelrys\\ folder then activate the package with the pkgutil commands (which should exist on each server).
Add the file accordapijniv7.dll to the equivalent of
C:\\Program Files\\SciTegic\\apps\\scitegic\\core\\bin\\lang\\java\\librarypath
If you want the same atom colour scheme as Pipeline Pilot then add the text from the file below to the Accord7.ini file in\\bin
\\\\accelrys\\accex_depict\\To add before install\\Accord_x.ini additions.txt
