Hi,

I would like to know how to generate 2D ligand-receptor interaction diagrams in image file or any format for activeX control at web port interface from ligand-receptor complex such as PDB or result from docking study at Pipeline Pilot.

I don't find any components to create it in Pipeline Pilot though it can be created by Discovery Studio or Visualizer.
