As part of a project to improve the quality of the 2D molecular depictions created by Pipeline Pilot, we would like to collect examples of molecules for which the depictions need to be improved.
Please post source and image files of your favorite ‘broken’ PP depictions and, as possible, the images created by other software packages (IsisDraw, ChemDraw, Accord, ...)
We might have a prize for the best example (or should we call it worst ...). I'll get it started with a particularly nasty example of a molecule with atom lists.
