I am using xlink script to perform an epoxy cross linking simulation. The following error occurred in the running process, but I carefully looked at the 3D file. A few atoms were successfully cross-linked, but most of the epoxy atoms were not successfully cross-linked. I tried to run it for many times, but the same error occurred.
