I am constructing a massive polyhedral supermolecule containing around 10,000 atoms, but as number of molecules grow, the software lags more severely, to the extent where every edit I make (including making bonds and selecting atoms), results in a 10-second lag, along with a short period of "Software Not Responding". How do I fix this? I tried allocating more RAM to the software by changing the priority of the software via Control Panel, but it did not work. Is there any solution to this problem?
