Hi guys
I download a cif for Jennite molecule from American minerologist. the water atom are designate by (W) in the American minerologist web site. when I import the molecule to Material studio, it reads as Tungsten. I have changed the Tungsten atom with a oxygen and I used the adjust Hydrogen tool to add the atoms of hydrogen. the position of oxygen and hydrogen are not given (only water molecules). I am not sure if I am right.
2- Jennite molecule has O-H bond , the same the atom for Hydrogen position is not given. I just did the same as for water molecule and I delete one Hydrogen randamly.
I have attached the cif file for Jennite molecule
Thank you
