I am interested in creating Density and Potential files using VAMP command line and then loading them into MS for viewing.

As far as I can see it looks like MS calculates the density and potential and doesn't store them in a separate file but incorporates them into the xsd file. Is that correct?

I looked through the VAMP keywords in the help looking for a keyword to create a grid file with the density and another with the potential but didn't see any.

Please let me know if there is a keyword in command line VAMP to generate the density and the potential or can I do it with a perl script calling MS command line (no gateway).
