Hello everybody,

Its long time that I am trying to use DPD modules for my mesoscale simulation. Because of following issues I am not sure I made right decision for choosing DPD modules in accelrys

1. I can not define polarity in the bead

2. I can not extract output data (there are only two options in the analyzing section. However, I need radius of geration or radial distribution function)

3. There are some expliantions about the converting DPD units to real unit. But in reallity there is not enough data for example for converting the distance (r) from DPD unit to real unit.

I would be gratful if someone guide me about these issues?

Should I used same DPD modules? If yes how can I do the above tasks?

Should I use other software for simulation?
