I have the following querries:
1) How to run a standalone job in the remote server (LINUX MACHINE). My client is an Windows Machine where Material Studio visualizer is installed.
2) We have generated an input file using the client server (windows machine). We have modified the *.input file for additional functionality (e.g., calculation of Fukui function for charge variation other than +1 and -1). Now we want to transfer these input files to remote computer server and run it in the standalone mode. How to do it? We are facing problem in transfering the files. FTP is giving trouble.
