I'm the person to maintain the cluster for Material Studio calculations. My hope is somebody can share with me his/her knowledge on this topic mentioned above.
The cluster was running MS5.5 server on CentOS5.5 quite smoothly. Due to other reasons it was decided to upgrade the OS to CentOS7. So far no hardware change nor hardware failure. After some trouble with licensing the clusternodes are now able to check out licence by execute the script 'lp_tester' manually. If now a calculation get send down from the W7Desktop to the cluster everything looks normal but the 'std_err.txt' under the corresponding job# tells me error while loading shared libraries: libls_license64_g411.so .
All necessary libraries - mentioned for RedHat7 - listed in system requirements installed beforehand. If there are anybody how can gave me hint I'd appreciate.
