Hi, I'm new in Materials Studio. I'm studying a system composed by three chains of polymer and many molecules of CO2 that i have constructed by amorphous cell procedure. So my question is this...I would like to see with an image the trajectories of the CO2. for This reason I have defined a set for CO2 molecules...atom selection------>edit sets-----> select CO2 for my file.xtd. At this point what kind of script can i use to obtain the trajectories of these molecules of gas? Thantks to everyone.
