I am analyzing an trajectory of 1000 frames from a Dynamics runs. I need information about all coordinates of all atoms that present in my system for each frame. I try to take out this information from the trajectory. However, I only get the coordinates for only one frame.
Could you show me how to get coordinates of all atoms for all frames.
