Hi,

I am using the scripy witten by Stephen Todd ''https://community.accelrys.com/message/9284#9284'' in order to investigate the mechanical behavior of ceramic under uniaxial loads. My goal is to obtain the stress-strain curve for my ceramics. My problem is the stresses xx, yy, zz are not zero (some times it is so big like 8 GPa) before straining the cell of each crystal. Moreover, the way that the script is witten seems it fits cubic crystals more since inorder to apply the Poisson's ratio effect, the other two axises are stretched considering that they have the same dimensions. While in my case, I am dealing with Trigonal, Hexagonal, Triclinic and Monoclinic crystals that obviously the dimensiosn (a, b and c) are not equivalent necessarily. Is there any body who have some advice for me?
