Is there any Perl script available calculate Tg from a Mesocite structure ?

P.S : I already have the script from S. Todd to calculate Tg from Forcite, but it seems not trivial at all to convert it to Mesocite. So if there is any Mesocite script for Tg I would appreciate very much.
