I am writing to inquire about an issue that has arisen with job submission through the gateway following the reboot of our Linux cluster. Although the gateway that was previously in use is running correctly, when I tested the gateway from Windows, the following error message was displayed as shown in the picture below.
However, when connected via SSH, it appears to run without any issues, which leads me to suspect there might be a problem with the Apache server. When I checked with `systemctl status apache`, it showed that the Apache server was up, but the Apache server error log displayed the following message.

Is there a way to accurately determine what the problem is?
The operating system is Rocky8 (Green Obsidian).
