I am currently using Adsorption locator to simulate the adsorption of H2 molecules on MoS2 surface. Experiment results tell that different temperature would give different H2 adsorption, however, when I adjust the maximum temperature and the Final temperature in the Simulated Annealing Options, different temperature always give the same adsorption energy, would like to ask how to consider temperature effect in Adsorption Locator?
