Dear all,
I want to study the surface defect of a solid phase after the interaction with an ion with velocity. It looks like I have to use ReaxFF in GULP to study the surface properties. However, we can't script in GULP. So I want to use Forcite to assign the velocity to the ion and have it interact with the solid phase. But, the problem is that there is no ReaxFF in Forcite. Is there a way to import ReaxFF into Forcite? Or should I study the subject in another way?
Thank you!
