Dear accelrys friends, This is very important for me to complete my thesis which is based on molecular simulation as well as experimental measurement of the adsorption amount of mixture component on a porous silical sample model.

What I did in the simulation model was to create cylindrical pores of diameter between 2 to 5 nm on an amorphous model from the materials studio library. I wish to check the effect of surface area, pore volume and porisity on the models.

Please, let someone kindly teach me how to calculate the pore volume, surface area, and porosity of these models.
