We currently provide alot of pre-defined structures in the /Structures folder which is accessible from the root of each Materials Studio Project folder. These are broadly grouped into catalysts, metals, molecular crystals etc but it can be difficult to find exactly what structures are available. To help with this, a colleague built a study table which contains the name of each structure, the location, whether it has comments in the document, and the elements it contains. The comments field in most cases will be blank but it can also contain reference data etc.

I have attached a zip file with the study table and an Excel version which makes it searchable!
