I am using Amorphous Cell (AC) to build a cubic water box around my polymer.  When AC is finished I have a cubic box of water with the polymer in one of the corners.  How do I tell AC to put the polymer in the center of the water box?  Initially my polymer is a linear polymer; however, when AC finishes the polymer is in a collapsed state, which is what I want.
