I recently upgraded to Materials Studio 6 service pack 1 when I got a new laptop. The new laptop runs Windows 7 enterprise.

While the Server Console "works", it does not update as new jobs are added, existing jobs progress, and finished jobs are downloaded and removed from the server.

It also provokes the irritating User Account Control "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer".

Is there any way to get it to:

1. update in real time
2. bypass the UAC
