I'm investigating the rheological responses of a polymer solution. After making the simulation boxes using Amorphous Cell, I've optimized their geometry and applied NPT and NVT equilibration. 

A closely related paper mentions " Series of compression-dilation have been performed to reach mechanical equilibrium". How do I do that? Or is this what happens within Forcite Dynamics Equilibrations?
