I'm trying to get MS running on a linux cluster with SGE. I personally don't know very much about MS, and the users who want it are only familiar with running the software locally on windows machines, so I'm not even very sure what I should be doing to get it running on the cluster. I've found other threads that post scripts to use Gateway with SGE. I have copied this scripts and tried to modify the variables appropriately.
When i try to run the gwstart program I get the following error:
Server configuration complete
Starting gateway at tealia.cs.hmc.edu:18888
/state/partition1/apps/MS/Gateway/root_default/httpd/bin/apachectl start:httpd started
Gateway start failed - process 4534 is not running
Anyone know how to fix this? and am I even running the correct program?
