RunDMol3.sh file deleted

Dear Biovia Customer Community,
We have encountered some problem in running DMol3 jobs in our remote (linux) server. Somehow the files in the directory: /opt/biovia/MaterialsStudio8.0/etc/DMol3/bin are deleted. Probably there were 3-4 files (including the RunDMol3.sh file) generated at the time of installation of Material Studio. Now, I have the following querries:
(i) Is it possible to recover (or regenerate)  those files without reinstalling the software (as files in all other directories are there). This is because when we tried to re-install Material Studio in the remote server it is showing that the program is already installed.

(ii) If we re-install  Material Studio in the remote server will it affect the Gateway (as the Material Studio graphics is already installed in the client server, i.e., the Windows server)? Because, if it affects then we have to re-install the Gateway also.
Please let me know. As we are unable to run any DMol3 job.
Thanking you,
Sincerely,
Dr. Roy
