I am considering getting a student here to use scripting to generate amorphous oxide/silicate structures using reverse monte carlo, by fitting to a radial distribution function (initially - the eventual aim will be to use a number of experimental fit criteria).
Rather than re-invent the wheel, has anyone done anything like this, that I could use to train the student or use as examples? Could not find anything in any of the scripts published here so far.
Any help appreciated.
