Dear MS community members,

We have an unsolved problem about reaching gateway server. At least twice a week, we get "launch failure error" when we submit a job to the gateway server. We have to restart gateway server to solve this problem almost every week. The problem is queuing system appers as ???? when the launch failure error occurs.  Due to this problem, we cannot use MS efficiently.  We cannot find a solution for this problem. Any comments or solutions will be appreciated.
