Request for Assistance: Material Studio License Key Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we encountered with our Material Studio license following a recent internet connection problem that required a network settings reset.

Subsequent to resolving the internet connectivity issue, our Material Studio License Pack Manager is displaying an old, expired license key, despite our attempts to install the updated license key. Regrettably, the new license key is not being accepted or installed, while the expired key continues to be the only one recognized by the system.

Could you kindly provide any guidance or assistance to rectify this issue? We would greatly appreciate your prompt support in either offering suggestions to successfully install the new license key.
