regarding Eatt of polymorphs

Eatt (Attachment energy) in morphology prediction is calculated in kcal/mol/unit cell in MS. Should we consider Eatt in kcal/mol/unit cell or in kcal/ mol of molecules for legitimate comparison of polymorphs w.r.t. their growth rates (based on the conclusion that----greater the Eatt, faster is the growth of that polymorph). Which would be the best option. When I tried-----the result varied. What should I opt for as my results are based on comparitive appearance of polymorphs in lattice energy landscape.
