Radial Density Distribution cylindrical coordinate

Hello all,

I filled a porous structure (MCM41) with a cylindrical hole by a substance and now I want to plot the radial density distribution in a cylindrical coordinate. If I use the "concentration profile" in Forcite analysis, then the cubic bins will be created and the concentration vs interface will not obtain. It seems we can do a tricky solution by the RDF analysis. The problem here is that we need a reference line (not a reference point) to be chosen at the center of the hole and then the relative distances are measured. I used the centroid line but it came with an error for RDF.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the problem?

Many thanks,
