Dear MS users,

I am using "Gateway" to run my jobs in Materials studio. However after some time, I get "launch failuere error" and I recognize that queuingsystem shows question marks, ????  when this error occurs  as illustrated in the picture.  How can I solve this problem?   Any idea?
