question on mesodyn field view

Hi all,

I'm confused about the information I see from the MesoDyn output. I hope that someone can advise me here.

First, In the attached simulation, I used 32x32x32 with 1nm grid. However, the field view seems to be much finer than 1nm grid.  I suppose these dots represent field value (density for example) at apecific coordinates. However, from the any of the output files, I could not find these coordinate information: (density, x, y, z). One thing I noticed is that the 'coll' files have field values for 32x32x32 grid points. But this information is much coarse than the image I'm seeing (attaching). So, what do 'dots' in the field view represent? Is it just 1 dot per 1 cubic grid for each kinds of beads?  Is there a way to get coordinates for these dots?

Second,is the bond length shown in the simulation tab really the length between beads of the simulation?

Third, the implied bead volume (here 0.01 nm^3) seems to be too small considering the realistic coarse graining model. The references I've looked at used 300A^3, but could not set this value because the noise parameter is going to be out of the range.  Any comments on this ?

Thank you, and I hope to hear from the MS community soon.
