I have a question about the construction (legacy) task of the Amorphous Cell Module. Sometimes when I use this to build a polymer model the job mail fail but I do get a trajectory containing several generated configurations. My understanding is that these configurations can be used after further refinement (energy minimization and/or MD). Am I right? Should I trust these configs from a failed job? Thanks.
