Hallo all, I have a problem again....

I have 19 Fragments(cleavages) with different thickness. There is a picture. I made all in 3 D Collection Document because in 3 D Atomistic Document I can paste periodic structures. Yet I want to build a unit cell and put my structure into the unit cell. But in the 3 D Collection Document its not possible. I dont know how to explain it better. Thats why I want to explain my goal and maybe you can help me. I want put all 19 Fragments in one unit cell and maybe calculate bonds between them. Then I want to make Pattern Diffraction or build a nanocluster. If you can give me some device it will be perfect.
