I've found a problem when I try to use the "ViewInStudyTable" function. Specifically, when I use it to analyze a trajectory I get an error message that says" Unable to find collection of objects in input (function/property "ViewInStudyTable") at -e line 1479. At first I thought the error was due to a problem with the trajectory, but after looking at the trajectory nothing seems to be amiss and, in fact, the same trajectory doesn't trigger any particular problems when input into a previous subroutines (called "volume_calc"). I've attached the script and input structure to this message if anyone was interested in quickly looking into the problem that I encountered. You'll notice that this is a modified version of "Tg.pl" script written by Stephen Todd and that the simulation parameters aren't chosen to give meaningful results, but rather to debug the script.
