Hi,

I have a system containing solution over a mineral surface. System contains 19972 atoms. After anealing at 800k in NVT for 3ns, atoms move away and fall in a range of ~(-150 to 500 Angstrom range) in xyz coordinates. I extracted a frame from anealling run and export it as car/mdf file. My issue is that I could not work on that car/mdf file in material studio. It opens very slowly and could not export to other file formats.

Is ther any coordinates limits in Material studio? Can any one guide me
