I have a structure cosisting of molecules in water in MS. The problem I have is that when I save it in car & mdf format and load it in a visuallization software, I see that the corodinates of the molecules have been changed in the saved file (even when I open the file in a text mode I can see that), such that the molecules become completely separate (see photo). The molecules should be inside the box in water! Why this happens and how can I solve this problem? Thank you
