I want to make PPS chain with chlorine head and tail atoms and a degree of polymerization of 15 was constructed. 140 PPS chains were repeated as the polymer layer. The initial density of the polymer layer was set to 1.36 g/cm3 and the initial temperature was set to 298 K (25°C).
