I am a Structural Civil Engineering Ph.D. Student. My area of expertise lies within molecular dynamics simulations and computational mechanics. Until now I have only used LAMMPS for all my MD simulations but I am currently working on Polymers. I am quite new to this area of research and I have just been trying to learn to use Materials Studio. I am required to simulate a polymer network with the appropriate cross-links between the polymer chains. Here is where I have reached a problem. I cannot seem to be able to find detailed descriptions or tutorials on how to conduct a Polymer network with proper cross-linking in Materials Studio. I was wondering whether anyone could explain this procedure in more detail to me and how to carry it out in Materials Studio. I would really appreciate it.
