Dear Community,

I use the protocol in PP MS collection "Create Polymer Network". I want to try "addition" reaction that the help says this reaction will make double bond reduced to single bond when addition reaction occurred.

Now I try to do self cross-link of butadiene and set the atom on the double bond as R1 and R2 in two structures separately (image as attached). After doing this protocol, I found that one of the double bond of the structure at the cross-link part was not reduced to single bond (image as attached). The two double bonds supposed to be reduced to single bond.

Do anyone know how to fix this problem? Or I set wrong parameters (I also attached a file containing the parameters).
