Dear all,

Im a novice to simulation of metals and am having difficulty getting the interation potentials of Pt with a number of components including water, graphite and nafion (polymer electrolye).

1) First off I intend to build a Pt surface (see first and second image attached)

2) Next, I plan to obtain the interaction potential curve (binbding energy( between Pt and each of the components (water, nafion, graphite). Please see first image attached.

3) I would like to compare the my curve with the optimized potential curve obtained from DFT whose detailed paramters are given in the table attached (3rd attachement).

Could you please provide some hints in each of the step noted above. Truly appreciate your hint and insight.
