Dear Materials Studio Community,

I am running Forcite dynamics in NVT/NPT ensemble for 500ps. My system contains some drug molecules along with some solvents.

1. Can somebody please guide me on how to plot RDF graphs between specific atoms of my system?
2. Are these RDFs valid only for the last frame or the entire run?

It would be appreciable if someone could guide me on how to plot RDFs step by step.
