Hi all, please is there a tutorial on how to build 3D structures of polymers and link them to a peptide other than the active site? I intend to conjugate PEG to the Fc domain of an antibody to determine the effect of different MW of PEG on the binding affinity of the antibody to its ligand. I would appreciate a video or tutorial that can aid me in achieving this. Thanks in anticipation.
