I'm trying to get windows MS package working with a linux MS gateway and SGE q and although jobs q successfully they fail quickly there after with a 'failed changing into working directory' error see attached sge.barf.txt. The directory is readable by 'accelrys' which is the user who is submitting the job. Submitting jobs directly to SGE via the linux MS gateway works. Windows client submission fails.  Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
