Our Materials Studio Visualizer users submit their analysis to our MS Gateway that is configured to use  PBS Pro based HPC.

Due to an upcoming change to our HPC environment, all jobs will be required to add the project, -P option, with a value like ABCDEF1234.

I am wondering how we can collect this information from the Visualizer users as they create jobs on our Gateway.

We currently use "params = -A {\\\$username}" where {\\\$username} is collected by the gateway.

Ideally, having something like "params = -A {\\\$username} -P {\\\$project}" where {\\\$project} is provided by the user when the job is created. I was thinking of using the Job Description field on the Job Control tab, but that is not exposed as a variable I can use in the params line.

Is there a way to collect a value like ABCDEF1234 from the user as they submit a job to our Gateway so we can provide that in the PBS Job the Gateway creates?
