Hello, I have a question about MS setting in my Win 10 computer.

I had used the MS 2018 system in my previous affiliation and when I moved my affiliation to other university, I found that they have MS 5.5 system.

When I tried to use the MS 5.5 program in this computer, the license is worked well, and also I can open the visualizer well.

However, in case of Forcite(plus), I already checked that the license of Forcite(Plus) is valid in this computer, but I could not reach to calculation state because the system cannot reached to the server.(see the attached file)

I found that the server of this Materials studio is same as this computer that I tried to use Forcite before(in current affiliation), and I tried to fix this computer by doing several things(e.g. change the IP address that is same as server) but still, I cannot figure out how to fix this problem.

Can you tell me how to fix?
