Dear friends,
I would like to know how to determine the polarity of a complex molecule through Materials Studio software.
I built Cy5.5 molecule in MS, I did geometry optimization and ticked all items in properties tab of Dmol3 to be calculated.
I have all results and outmol files but I do not know how I can determine its polarity (and partition coeficient) via these results? 
The attached file is outmol file please consider it. 
Please help me in this matter soon.
