Hi,

Does anyone happen to know how to assign a group of atoms a molecule-ID? i.e. one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms belong to ONE water molecule. I am trying to convert .car to a LAMMPS data file, but all the molecule-IDs in data file are the same.
