Hi everyone,

I have recently installed the latest MS Visualiser on a computer that has been running previous versions, and now the new MS Visualiser refuses to start.

It comes up with an error

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).  Click OK to close the application"

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit operating system.

I have tried completely uninstalling all previous versions of MS on the computer and doing a fresh install, but the problem keeps happening.

The error comes up as soon as MS starts, so it cannot be too far into the logic of the program.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?  The computer works well apart from this one problem.  Is it is not MS Visualiser is unusable on this computer.
