Problem Description

We have a License Server called CE-LIC01 it has been hosting the License for Materials Studio for some time now but appears to have stopped working at the client/Desktop end.

The License Server CE-LIC01 is operational and working for our other applications – it looks like the desktops can no longer see/communicate with it..

Has the License expired or do we need an updated client?
