Trying to add a dummy atom to a 3D model document so I can create an exportable model based on beads that can be read into an external program for use as a geometric template. Currently extracting coordinates of beads and FF types to ID them and attempting to create them as dummies in fresh atomistic document.

If there is an easier way to do this I am all ears.
